I led the team responsible for integrating and adapting Charter Communications’ form-submission platform to the requirements of the EBB, and later ACP, program.
My team owns the platform that orchestrates data from across the entire company and translates those messages into push notifications sent to customer devices to keep them informed on their billing, technician service appointments, service disruptions, and changes to their home networks
My team owns the integration point where status information is shared with customer portal users on how their services might be impacted, and when those impacts will be mitigated, so that they can feel confident in their ability to use their Spectrum services, and request credits or automated call-back notifications when eligible.
I acted as the project manager, program manager, and delivery manager for the team responsible for building the API integrations necessary for customers to generate a request pertaining to their personal data in compliance with CCPA.
I acted as the project manager, program manager, and delivery manager for the team responsible for architecting, building, testing, and deploying a cloud-based platform designed to provide infrastructure for deployment and hosting of microservices, customer-facing web portals, and the databases and other near-infrastructure components needed to keep those services running and available to customers.
